Job Summary

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled Bank Operations Clerk to join our team. As a Bank Operations Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to banking operations, including setting up internet banking facilities, maintaining internet banking and eServices facilities, and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up and maintaining internet banking facilities for corporate clients
  • Maintaining eServices facilities, including Paylah QR Code and FAST Fund Transfer Set Up
  • Performing data entry work and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to client inquiries
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in banking operations or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
