  • Accounts Payable: Process and verify invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
  • Student Administration: Assist in the administration of bursaries and financial assistance programs for students from low-income families, including liaison with parents and issuance of approval letters.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of utilities, telecoms, and donations, including issuance of thank-you cards to donors.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to parents, students, staff, and contractors, including answering phone calls, issuing keys and remote controllers, and covering front counter duties.
  • Emergency and Safety Teams: Assist in emergency and safety teams deployed by the school.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the school.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum 3 subject passes including English at GCE O or Grade 3 for N Level (NA) or its equivalent, in the English medium.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word and Excel.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in school finance and administration would be an advantage.
