Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Kismet Event Planning & Design LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content to generate interest and build awareness of our brand in the event industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy to create buzz and pique interest on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on popular and emerging trends in the event industry and analyze web traffic and search engine optimization results to refine our social media strategies.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer comments, questions, and concerns submitted via social media in a timely manner.
  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain an up-to-date content calendar and present it to the Kismet owner on a monthly basis.
  • Influencer Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and possible new clients on social media platforms, with a focus on the Indian community.
  • Content Library Management: Keep our content library organized on Google Drive.
Qualifications
  • Event Industry Experience: Must have past experience in the event industry.
  • Social Media Growth: Must have a proven record of social media growth.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Social Media Coordinator is preferred.
  • Social Media Platforms: Familiarity with all major social media platforms.
  • SEO and Analytics: Understanding of search engine optimization strategies, keyword research, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create high volumes of engaging content.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of best practices in online marketing and social media marketing.
  • Content Editing: Able to edit content.
