Position Overview

As a Top TikTok Verified Live Partner in the US, Canada, and Australia, we are celebrated as one of the fastest-growing companies in the live streaming sector, gaining remarkable momentum in this vibrant industry.


Compensation:
$5000 plus commission

Work Schedule:
Minimum of 4 hours per day

Employment Type: Onsite and full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the management of TikTok hosts, focusing on live broadcast content and script creation. Assist hosts in analyzing live broadcast data and conducting reviews to enhance their speaking skills, engagement, interaction, and conversion rates, all aimed at maximizing host earnings.
  • Oversee the company's TikTok presence, which includes managing social media accounts, curating content, compiling materials, producing and editing videos, and performing thorough data analysis to improve operations and marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with hosts for offline events, ensuring smooth execution according to established plans. Adapt strategies promptly to enhance marketing effectiveness and achieve targeted results.

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with TikTok, live streaming, and social media marketing on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in creator operations and management.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
