Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with business banking clients in assigned business segments and geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive banking services and solutions to clients
  • Monitor and analyze client relationships to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure City National Bank remains competitive
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with a focus on commercial lending
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
