Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager Senior to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with business banking clients in assigned business segments and geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive banking services to clients
  • Monitor and analyze client relationships to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure the bank remains competitive
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with a focus on commercial lending
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the business banking segment
  • Minimum 5 years of credit experience
  • Strong knowledge of bank operations, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

City National Bank offers a competitive salary range of $92,114 - $156,880 per year, as well as bonus and commission opportunities. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
