Patient Services Representative

Job Summary

Provide exceptional customer service-focused care to patients by greeting and assisting with patient registration, collection of payments and co-pays, and obtaining and scanning documents from patients and referring providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external clinic phone communications among staff, patients, and providers
  • Accurately collect records and ensure distribution to appropriate staff via computer and/or manual systems
  • Administer co-pay collection from patients
  • Perform clerical, scheduling, and records activities in support of patients and staff

Requirements

  • 1 year of Customer service experience
  • Completion of PMC's Competency Review for BOS/PSR/PAR Staff with a passing score within 90 days of hire
