Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Store Customer Service Representative to join our team at Norco, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner
* Answer telephone calls promptly and efficiently
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical products, placement, availability, price, and use
* Assess customer needs for medical products or services
* Educate patients/clients on medical products and services
* Fit and sell medical products and services to customers
* Process customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computer
* Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom

Requirements:

* High school graduate or equivalent
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the telephone
* Ability to work with diverse clientele
* Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
* Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
* Accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the position
