Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and delivering a customized shopping experience. You will be the face of our brand, and your passion for our products and customers will drive business results and engagement with our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or Exceed Sales Goals: Utilize our proprietary selling process to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge every customer, demonstrate all products, and maintain outstanding standards of customer service.
  • Offer Additional Financing Options: Provide customers with additional financing options, including our credit card and secondary financing programs.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Promotional Offerings: Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products, while maintaining knowledge of current promotions.
  • Maintain Inventory Integrity: Protect company assets by maintaining accurate inventory levels and processing all POS transactions accurately.
  • Partner with Store Management: Collaborate with store management to resolve customer service issues and enhance all aspects of customer service, including order management.
  • Ensure Store Standards are Maintained: Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety, in accordance with company operating policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 Years of Related Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Results-Driven and Knowledgeable: Must be results-driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
  • Proven Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, while adapting to a changing business environment.
  • Superior Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen effectively and solve problems.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make effective decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively: Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients with dignity and respect.
