Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Service Representative to join our team at Core-Mark. As a Sales Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our strategic sales initiatives in your assigned sales region, collaborating closely with the Sales Team in that area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
  • Execute the SmartStock program, ensuring compliance with company policies and providing merchandising and sales support.
  • Identify and reduce out-of-stocks on shelves, ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.
  • Attend to customer needs and concerns promptly, ensuring plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
  • Identify display opportunities and maximize display positioning, ensuring products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
  • Find solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance, performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
  • Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in a customer service, merchandising, or sales position.
