Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Representative to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore - Brighton. As a Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing relationships with current customers and referral sources, as well as prospecting for additional revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
  • Prospect and develop new sales leads in assigned verticals
  • Create and manage key relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other stakeholders
  • Continuously build product knowledge and refine sales techniques to drive sales growth
  • Prepare and present sales materials to customers and stakeholders
  • Document and report on key sales metrics and customer interactions
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in sales or customer-facing roles; IICRC certifications preferred but not required
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Incumbent must be prepared to:

  • Move up to 20 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects

  • Fingering and repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands, and fingers while picking, pinching, and typing during your normal working environment
  • Express or exchange ideas with others quickly, accurately, and receive and act on detailed information
  • Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screens, and expansive reading
