Key Responsibilities
- Manage cases related to Probate and Trust administration.
- Draft and review standard legal documents.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive case files.
- Assist attorneys in meeting deadlines by maintaining organized schedules and providing timely notifications.
- Perform legal research as required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a legal assistant, secretary, or paralegal.
- A Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in probate, accounting, or estate administration.
- Familiarity with estate administration and probate processes, particularly where the attorney served as fiduciary or trustee.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
