Job Summary

As a Resort Concierge with Colonial Williamsburg Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences for our discerning guests. This role requires a high level of hospitality, courtesy, and problem-solving skills to ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage guests pre-stay and on-site to provide opportunities to drive revenue through suggestive selling and guest service.
  • Provide warm, anticipatory service to exceed the needs and expectations of our guests.
  • Host special guest programming, such as events and activities, to enhance the guest experience.
  • Provide high-quality concierge information to our guests by proactively selling Colonial Williamsburg attractions, restaurants, and services.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years' experience in public relations or a related field preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of Colonial Williamsburg systems and the area is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing work priorities.
