About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Branch Manager to lead our Longmont branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase sales and revenue.
  • Oversee branch operations, including recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales and operations staff.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and branch management, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $66,000 per year, plus incentives. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and tuition reimbursement. Physical and Work Requirements

This role requires frequent customer interaction, constant use of a computer, phone, and other office equipment. The employee must be able to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. A valid driver's license and good safety record are required for driving to locations.
