Lottery & Gaming Operations Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the operations of online game drawings
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure an optimal gaming experience
  • Monitor network infrastructure for potential security vulnerabilities
  • Update and maintain winning numbers for various lottery games across platforms
  • Provide fundamental computer and systems assistance to external vendors
  • Aid in the installation and configuration of software applications
  • Keep track of asset inventory within the IT department
  • Implement and oversee data warehousing initiatives

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of computer operating systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and personal computing
  • Familiarity with FTP, VPN, and network file management systems
  • Capability to analyze and resolve basic computer system issues
  • High School Diploma is mandatory

Additional Information:
This position is full-time and requires onsite shifts. The ideal candidate should be available to work on weekends and holidays.
