Job Title: Assistant Office Supervisor

Shady Grove Fertility, a leading fertility center in the United States, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Office Supervisor to join our growing practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Office Supervisor will provide management and direction for our offices, overseeing local operations, employee supervision, training, and development, patient satisfaction, quality assurance, financial integrity, and facility appearance and maintenance. This role requires collaboration with physicians, medical providers, and patients to provide expert care and service for fertility treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides management and direction for the offices in all areas of local operations
  • Supervises and trains staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient services
  • Monitors patient flow and program operations to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborates with the Office Supervisor and management team to promote open communication and facilitate revenue growth
  • Ensures employees are compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Writes and administers performance appraisal evaluations for assigned staff
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the healthcare industry
  • Prior supervisory/management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Strong computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office Suite
  • Financial background and prior experience with budgeting and general accounting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and promote team building
