Sales and Account Manager

As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling supplemental insurance products to small and medium-sized businesses in a designated territory. This is an outside sales position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Selling supplemental insurance products to business owners and decision-makers.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure they are satisfied with our products.
- Developing new business opportunities through cold-calling and referrals.
- Meeting with sales team manager to discuss and set monthly and quarterly target sales goals and quotas.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
