Technical Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with customers, both current and prospective, to understand their needs and propose technical solutions.
- Technical Consultation: Serve as the primary technical resource for customers, translating their needs into feasible machining solutions that meet technical and budgetary requirements.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for customer projects.
- Quoting Estimations: Provide detailed technical input to support accurate job estimates, including materials, timelines, and production resources.
- Collaborative Sales Development: Work hand-in-hand with the Account Manager to develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers, aligning technical solutions with overall business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Partner with internal teams to standardize and improve quoting, estimating, and production processes, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
