About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Scoot Education. As a key member of our School Partnerships team, you will be responsible for cultivating new relationships with public, private, and charter school networks, helping decision-makers buy-in to our value proposition, and finalizing agreements for service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and build relationships with decision-makers at charter school networks and public school districts
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage and maintain existing partnerships to ensure continued growth and value creation
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in the education industry, with a network of contacts and relationships
  • Previous experience in managing direct reports and leading teams
