Business Development Coordinator

The Business Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Firm's efforts to generate new business, particularly within the Latin America practice. This position involves working closely with Business Development Analysts, Managers, and lawyers to leverage research, writing, technical, and communication skills to assist with both internal and external practice development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and updating pitch materials to effectively communicate the Firm's value proposition
  • Maintaining lawyer biographies and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Managing records in the Firm's CRM system to track client interactions and business development activities
  • Assisting with legal directory submissions to increase the Firm's visibility
  • Supporting competitive intelligence research to inform lawyers about market trends and client prospects
  • Coordinating practice development trips, organizing meetings, and assisting with internally-hosted events
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing and Communications teams to update practice information on the Firm's website and social media platforms
  • Researching conferences and speaking opportunities to present suitable marketing opportunities to partners
Requirements:
  • Excellent writing, editing, and research skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • BA or equivalent required, with one to three years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000, based on individual qualifications and firm needs.
