Job Title: Director of Global Insurance Strategy

At Sherwin-Williams, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Global Insurance Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global insurance strategy, ensuring that our operations are adequately protected and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement global insurance programs to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators to ensure effective risk management.
  • Oversee the management of all property and insured liability claims, including trials and mediations with internal and external legal counsel.
  • Manage all aspects of the company's subrogation efforts and ensure compliance with safety and risk management policies.
  • Prepare annual budgets and act as administrator for the Company's risk management system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of insurance or related financial experience in a large, global organization.
  • Strong leadership experience, including demonstrated ability to develop teams and create partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of global insurance markets and products, including experience managing large and/or complex claims.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
