Job Title: Director - Global Marketing

At Avon Protection, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director - Global Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with a strong understanding of global marketing strategies, tactics, and metrics. You will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals, developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing marketing budgets, and analyzing marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage marketing budgets, and analyze marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market research to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong understanding of global marketing strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Government/Military sales and communications experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition.
  • Ability to lead groups and be decisive.
  • Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies.
  • Time management and organization in order to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them.
  • Proficient with analysis and graphic/web design software.
  • Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns, including SEO.
