Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Expert to join our global team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the growth of Slalom's M&A capabilities through a combination of sales, delivery, and practice development.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and support go-to-market motions with local market teams
- Lead pursuits and engagements with a revenue quota of $2.5M-5M+
- Deliver operational due diligence, integration strategies, and governance models
- Manage integration synergies and develop M&A Playbooks and common practices
- Subject matter expertise in M&A advisory with emphasis on IMO management, playbooks, and operating model design
- Experience with account management, sales, delivery, and practice development in a professional services capacity
- Previous accountability for a sales revenue quota of $2M-$5M+
- Ability to manage teams, large programs/projects, and stakeholder relationships across multiple engagements

Compensation and BenefitsSlalom offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $140,000 to $258,000 and an annual discretionary bonus. We also provide a range of benefits, including meaningful time off, parental leave, 401(k) with a match, and highly subsidized health, dental, and vision coverage.
