Job Summary

As an Office Assistant at Pipe Dreams, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager and other departments. Your responsibilities will include making travel arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, following up with customer concerns, and organizing appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Follow up with incoming customer concerns
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed notes
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Assist with reconciliation
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist with timecards/payroll
  • Conduct requested research

Requirements
  • HS Diploma
  • Prefer knowledge of ServiceTitan
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
