Position Overview
Ennoble Care is currently seeking a Full-time, experienced Community Liaison for the Fairfax / Arlington, VA region. The Community Liaison will play a vital role in engaging with the community and promoting our house call and hospice services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the potential of the service area to identify target markets.
  • Visit healthcare facilities such as doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living centers, and skilled nursing facilities to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals.
  • Assess the organization’s strengths and weaknesses.
  • Review historical and current marketing data.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the company's service offerings.
  • Examine patient and company relationships.
  • Establish sales and marketing objectives along with sales forecasts.
  • Create a detailed marketing strategy, prioritizing initiatives and setting a realistic timeline.
  • Execute the marketing strategy while adhering to the established timeline.
  • Regularly review and assess the marketing analyses and plans.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary group meetings as needed.
  • Support office staff with necessary updates and tasks.
  • Facilitate community outreach and educational initiatives.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with a focus on health agencies or professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and an insured vehicle in good condition.
