  • Prepare and manage export documents, working closely with our distribution department
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate quotes
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and update records as needed
  • Understand and interpret terms and conditions, special pricing agreements, and customer contracts
  • Recommend additional or alternative products or shipment solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
  • Assist the international department with marketing analysis, report writing, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate international trade shows and assist with marketing material development

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in business and 3-5 years of experience in international customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a second language a plus
  • Organized, efficient, result-oriented, proactive, problem solver, and team player

Salary: Commensurate with experience and adjusted after the first 6 months based on results.
