Role Overview

Ensure accurate maintenance and submission of class attendance and grades Collaborate on strategic planning and evaluation of instructional programs to uphold educational quality Facilitate the orientation process for new faculty in both theoretical and clinical settings Apply teaching methodologies that cater to the unique needs of adult learners Continuously seek to enhance the quality of instructional delivery Demonstrate or develop skills for integrating online resources to enrich course content and facilitate interactive learning Maintain comprehensive student records, including attendance and skills assessment documentation Timely submission of necessary program reports and documentation to the program director Stay informed about emerging technologies and safety standards Engage in committee work that aligns with the mission and objectives of the nursing program Attend and contribute to faculty meetings Organize and oversee student clinical experiences in designated healthcare settings Assess student performance against clinical learning outcomes in accordance with established policies Provide immediate feedback on clinical performance following observations Assist in maintaining records of clinical attendance and skills assessments Ensure clinical assignments align with both student and facility requirements Identify optimal methods for observing, instructing, and evaluating students Verify that clinical facilities comply with all health and safety regulations Facilitate ongoing communication with students through scheduled office hours and electronic correspondence Participate in student advising initiatives

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a minimum of three years of bedside experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the field.
