Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Basic computer skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications preferred
