Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct and tutor students in-center, online, or through a hybrid model utilizing the Mathnasium Method and its associated practices
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide personalized instruction within a group context
- Evaluate students' learning progress and engagement during sessions
- Become adept with digital educational tools and methodologies
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and professional educational atmosphere
Required Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for mathematics and working with students
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- A willingness to learn and undergo training
- Exceptional proficiency in mathematics, at least through Algebra I
- Capability to manage multiple ongoing tasks effectively
All candidates will need to complete a math literacy assessment to demonstrate their mathematical skills, provide proof of work eligibility, and successfully pass a background screening.
