About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Territory Business Leader. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a meaningful impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets in partnership with the CDS.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, advanced practitioners, and healthcare institutions.
  • Drive product adoption and growth by ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product development.
  • Represent our products at industry events to increase brand awareness.
Senior Territory Business Leader Responsibilities:
  • Lead field sales training and mentorship programs.
  • PARTICIPATE IN INTERNAL ADVISORY BOARDS WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL DEPARTMENTS.
  • LEAD TEAM CALLS, REGIONAL AND/OR AREA MEETINGS AS NEEDED.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED.
  • For Senior TBL role:
    • 4+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries with a proven track record of success.
    • Experience in diabetes and selling automated insulin devices is a plus.
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000 per year
