Regional Sales Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Territory Business Leader. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a meaningful impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets in partnership with the CDS.
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, advanced practitioners, and healthcare institutions.
- Drive product adoption and growth by ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product development.
- Represent our products at industry events to increase brand awareness.
- Lead field sales training and mentorship programs.
- PARTICIPATE IN INTERNAL ADVISORY BOARDS WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL DEPARTMENTS.
- LEAD TEAM CALLS, REGIONAL AND/OR AREA MEETINGS AS NEEDED.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED.
- For Senior TBL role:
- 4+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in diabetes and selling automated insulin devices is a plus.
$80,000 - $120,000 per year
