Overview

The Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA) is a leading research organization that provides objective analyses of national security issues. We are currently seeking highly qualified students to participate in our Summer Associate Program.

Program Details

The Summer Associate Program provides students with a unique opportunity to work on challenging real-world national security issues. Participants will have the chance to apply their quantitative and analytical skills to real-world problems, working closely with experienced researchers and analysts.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis on national security issues
  • Develop and implement analytical models and tools
  • Collaborate with researchers and analysts to identify and address national security challenges
Qualifications

We seek highly qualified students with strong academic backgrounds in fields such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, and social sciences. Preference is given to graduate students, but we will consider undergraduates who are rising seniors.
