As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Dick Hannah Dealerships, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and leasing of both new and pre-owned vehicles, consistently surpassing sales volume and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

Your responsibilities will include capturing online sales leads while ensuring prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries.


Compensation and Benefits for Automotive Sales Consultants:

Competitive Salary Structure: Enjoy a commission of 10% on the total deal, including both front and back, or a minimum commission of $300 per unit sold, whichever is higher.

Many in this role achieve an average monthly income of $5000, with potential for increased earnings based on sales performance.

Additionally, you will have access to weekly and monthly bonus programs.


Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):

We emphasize the importance of work-life balance by offering an industry-leading PTO policy. New full-time employees will accrue 4 hours of PTO per pay period, amounting to approximately 96 hours in the first year, with further increases over time.

Paid Holidays:

We offer at least 2 paid holidays per year for Automotive Sales Consultants, contingent upon the completion of the introductory period and adherence to company policy.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell, lease, and deliver a minimum of 10 vehicles each month.
  • Greet and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Thoroughly explain product performance, applications, and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Offer test drives to all interested customers, ensuring proper identification is obtained beforehand.
  • Utilize the dealership's sales control and follow-up systems effectively.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local laws governing retail automobile sales.
  • Participate in product and sales training sessions as requested by the sales manager.
  • Maintain regular attendance.
