We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to assist in the strategic selection of collateral for events and trade shows. This role will also involve packing, shipping, and tracking marketing materials for conferences and events, as well as maintaining inventory of marketing materials and event collateral.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. They will also be able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment, and have creative problem-solving and research skills.

This internship will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of marketing, from event coordination to content creation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping us deliver seamless marketing campaigns, support event execution, and conduct industry research.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the strategic selection of collateral for events and trade shows
  • Pack, ship, and track marketing materials for conferences and events
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials and event collateral
  • Support the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Specialist in creating new marketing materials
  • Help develop and analyze internal and external email campaigns for clients, partners, and employees
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to help inform marketing strategies
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Creative problem-solving and research skills
