About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Field Marketing to lead our regional marketing efforts with a focus on digital expertise. The ideal candidate will create and execute data-driven strategies using SEO, SEM, social media, email automation, and analytics to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the field marketing team in creating localized marketing strategies that align with global strategies while addressing region-specific needs.
  • Ensure campaign effectiveness by continuously optimizing strategies based on performance data and market insights.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing plans with a focus on digital channels, ensuring cohesive execution across platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Lead the ABM strategy for the field marketing team, ensuring collaboration with sales teams to create and execute targeted ABM strategies that align with account priorities and revenue goals.
  • Use marketing analytics and market research to gain actionable insights for optimizing marketing spend, maximizing ROI, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Take ownership of the regional event strategy, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis, partnering with central events teams to ensure a smooth collaboration between field team, events team, and sales.
  • Collaborate with sales, central marketing, and research network teams to align messaging, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies, fostering a cross-functional approach for integrated marketing campaigns that resonate regionally.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, ensuring they are proficient in digital marketing and cross-channel campaign execution, guiding the team in adopting and mastering digital tools and integrated strategies across multiple platforms.
Requirements
  • 8-15 years of field marketing experience, coupled with a focus on digital marketing, account-based marketing, event management, and integrated campaign management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Able to create, develop, and launch new marketing programs and initiatives with the team, bringing fresh ideas to the table and fostering innovation in campaign creation and execution.
  • Able to demonstrate quickly adapting to changing market conditions, business priorities, and customer needs, pivoting marketing strategies and tactics with speed and efficiency.
  • Experience in leading cross-channel campaigns, seamlessly integrating efforts across digital platforms, events, email marketing, social media, and more, delivering a cohesive and effective customer experience.
  • Experience with excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights for digital campaign enhancement, proficiency in using analytics tools to track KPIs, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Have a thorough grasp of lead management processes and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and marketing operations teams.
  • Able to generate leads, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with the audience, coupled with experience working closely with sales, product, and cross-functional teams.
  • Able to navigate through complexity and ambiguity, remaining resilient under pressure while delivering results, with exceptional problem-solving capabilities, focusing on continuous improvement in marketing processes and outcomes.
