About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished Senior Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. As the Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making, providing insightful analysis and guidance to support the organization's growth and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute month-end close tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidations of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Oversee preparation of materials and lead financial close meetings with leadership.
  • Manage international and GL accounting team members.
  • Manage revenue recognition processes and calculations, ensuring adherence to ASC 606 standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on accounting-related projects, such as finance tool implementations, adoption of new accounting standards, and process improvements.
  • Lead ongoing accounting initiatives, including capitalized software and capitalized commissions.
  • Oversee annual financial statement audit and tax reporting.
  • Oversee accounting operations, including order to cash, procurement, and cash.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree related to Accounting required.
  • 6+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience using various ERP systems and finance tools, such as Netsuite, Coupa, Expensify, and Navan.
  • High growth technology industry experience, with SaaS experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company.
  • Demonstrate proactive technical accounting assessment and communication.
