Position: Signage Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to fill the role of Project Manager. This position is essential within our Project Management Teams and reports directly to the Senior Project Manager. Our Project Managers oversee multiple intricate projects for customer programs, typically generating over $1 million in revenue. The Project Manager is responsible for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion.

Founded in 1991 by Larry Sicher as a local signage and service provider, Identiti has consistently prioritized exceptional customer service and communication. Now managed by brothers Michael and Zack Sicher, the company has expanded into a national leader in exterior and interior signage, graphics, and maintenance services, employing over 2800 individuals along with installation and service partners.

Our extensive offerings encompass Design, Project Management, and Manufacturing for signage and branded environments across various sectors. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive range of Maintenance services, including preventive and planned maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop and manage project schedules/templates to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of all projects.
  • Coordinate external vendor schedules, including job-site surveys, manufacturing, transportation, and final installation to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing strategies with external vendors and contractors to meet profitability goals for each project.
  • Collaborate with local authorities to interpret municipal codes and secure necessary permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Identify and resolve project issues by determining root causes and implementing corrective measures to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Participate actively in scheduled project meetings, communicating any concerns that may impact project timelines and proposing viable solutions.
  • Prioritize and execute project tasks to maintain a smooth workflow throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Ownership and Executive Management, as well as all team members.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners, treating vendors and subcontractors with fairness and professionalism.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, utilizing problem-solving techniques to identify potential issues and develop contingency plans.
  • Complete special projects and perform additional duties as required, including site visits to assess project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Preferred, not mandatory)
  • Associate degree or two years of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience in project management or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications
