Environmental Graphics Signage Project Manager

We are a comprehensive environmental signage firm dedicated to serving clients across North America. We are seeking a skilled Environmental Graphics Signage Project Manager with a solid background in diverse graphic and interior signage to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to initiate projects and define the complete scope of work required.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and sales personnel regarding project progress.
  • Utilize available resources to establish project timelines, ensure pricing accuracy, manage budgets, and assess project requirements.
  • Anticipate potential project challenges and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders, offering alternative solutions.
  • Coordinate with all departments to transition projects from design through to delivery and invoicing.
  • Monitor and adhere to budget constraints.
  • Accurately document projects using the appropriate software and tools.
  • Identify safety hazards at job sites and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Manage client invoicing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of project management experience in the environmental signage industry is required.
  • Proficient in estimating various types of environmental graphics.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Maintain composure and focus throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate accountability with strong time management capabilities.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Adaptable and able to respond to shifting priorities.
  • Capable of working effectively with diverse personalities both internally and externally.
  • Experience with previous ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
