Position: Signage Project Manager

Salary: $52,000-$65,000/per year (non-negotiable)

Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to fill the role of Project Manager. This position is integral to our Project Management Teams and reports directly to the Senior Project Manager. Our Project Managers oversee multiple intricate projects for customer programs, typically valued at over $1 million. The Project Manager is responsible for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion.

Founded in 1991 by Larry Sicher, Identiti began as a local sign and service provider. Under the leadership of brothers Michael and Zack Sicher, the company has expanded into a national leader in exterior and interior signage, graphics, and maintenance services, employing over 2800 individuals and collaborating with installation and service partners.

Our comprehensive services encompass Design, Project Management, and Manufacturing for signage and branded environments across various sectors. We also provide a full suite of Maintenance services, including preventive and planned maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop and manage project schedules/templates to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of all projects.
  • Coordinate external vendor schedules, including job-site assessments, manufacturing, transportation, and final product installation to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing strategies with external vendors and contractors to meet profitability objectives for each project.
  • Collaborate with local authorities to interpret regulations and secure necessary permits for signage compliance.
  • Identify and resolve project issues by determining root causes and implementing corrective measures to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Engage in project meetings, proactively addressing concerns that may impact project timelines and providing solutions to client issues.
  • Prioritize and manage project tasks to ensure a seamless workflow until project completion.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including ownership and executive management, through effective communication.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners, treating vendors and subcontractors with professionalism and respect.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, utilizing problem-solving techniques to identify potential challenges and develop contingency plans.
  • Undertake special projects and perform additional duties as required, including site visits to assess project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Preferred, not mandatory)
  • Associate degree or two years of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience in project management or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications
