We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for engaging with children to join our KASPER program team.

Available Positions:
  • KASPER Counselor (minimum age of 16)
    • Tasked with planning and leading recreational activities
    • Foster positive interactions with school-age children
    • Starting pay at $15.50 per hour
  • KASPER Assistant Site Coordinator (minimum age of 19)
    • Manage daily operations of the program
    • Requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in school-age programming
    • Starting pay at $18.00 per hour

Candidate Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess a genuine enthusiasm for working with children, demonstrate reliability, be self-motivated, and have availability during weekdays. These roles offer part-time level 3 benefits, which include complimentary fitness center access, pool entry, and program enrollments.
