Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Owens Corning. As a key member of our finance department, you will provide financial support and guidance to our OEM business, driving business insights and actionable plans to achieve our short and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial support for our OEM business, including general ledger oversight, month-end tasks, and driving enhancements for future state.
  • Partner closely with commercial analysts and business finance leaders to ensure accuracy of results and timely completion of month-end closing process.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership across three fabrication sites to understand and reconcile variances, and support monthly/quarterly results reporting for business leadership and external reporting.
  • Review SOX controls on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance and responsible for sign off on plant rep letters for multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and deliver actionable and transparent operations plans and forecasts, and support capital plan and execution in close partnership with operations teams.
  • Foster influential working relationships with key stakeholders by providing insight and guidance that consistently improves thinking and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
  • 3 years of professional finance experience, with intermediate experience in Excel and other Office applications.
  • Understanding of GAAP and costing knowledge.
  • Multi-site reporting experience and experience partnering with global teams.
