Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service consistent with HomeTeam Pest Defense service standards and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing information to prospective customers, initiating new service and properly setting up customer accounts
  • Maintaining good customer relationships
  • Escalating appropriate inquiries or problems to managers
  • Talk to, calm down, and diffuse customers

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • High School/GED or better
  • 1 year of customer service experience
