Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service:
    • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a warm welcome.
    • Offer assistance to guests who may need help, such as answering questions about our menu or providing directions.
    • Process GC On the Go To-Go orders efficiently and accurately.
    • Provide friendly and courteous service on the phone.
    • Handle payments accurately and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.
    • Be knowledgeable about our menu and prices, as well as the items available on our buffet.
  • Cleanliness:
    • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
    • Help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct.
    • Clean all buffets and surrounding areas, following local health department laws.
    • Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
    • Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
