Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to individuals with complex wound, burn, and ostomy needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds, burns, and ostomies
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote wound healing and ostomy management
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on wound care, ostomy management, and related topics
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in wound, burn, and ostomy care
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Kentucky
- Experience in wound, burn, and ostomy care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
