Position Summary: We are in search of a dedicated and licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide exceptional care to seniors and patients with complex health needs in their home environment. This role offers a competitive compensation package, with total annual earnings ranging from $105,000 to $120,000 based on performance, along with opportunities for salary growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based medical care by assessing, planning, and evaluating patient medical requirements.
- Diagnose and manage chronic and urgent health conditions, as well as minor injuries.
- Order and interpret necessary laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive interdisciplinary care.
- Refer patients to other healthcare providers when required.
- Maintain up-to-date patient medical records.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state.
- Current National Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners.
- Active DEA license.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- A minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two years as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management abilities with accountability for daily workflow.
- Proficient in the use of medical instruments and equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license with automobile insurance.
- Ability to engage in moderate physical activities, including lifting objects up to 25 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
