Position Overview:

The Cardiac Nurse Practitioner plays a crucial role within a collaborative healthcare team, focusing on the perioperative management of cardiac patients. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing inpatient care from admission through discharge.
  • Providing occasional outpatient services as necessary.
  • Demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge and technical skills.
  • Ensuring effective communication and documentation practices.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and skill validation.
Supervisory Role:

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
