As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the City Attorney's Office and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The estimated salary for this position is $21.30 - 26.63/hour, based on the current market rate in our area. Your responsibilities will include performing reception duties, responding to public inquiries, and providing moderately complex clerical tasks. You will also be responsible for scheduling and maintaining activity calendars, as well as utilizing Colorado Bureau of Investigations software (NCIC/CCIC & DMV searches).

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or GED, as well as one year of office or customer service experience. Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) are highly preferred, but not required. If you have knowledge of business English, spelling, and math, and are proficient in MS Office Suite, you will find this role challenging and rewarding.
