  • Procedure Development: Establishes new scheduling procedures as required and continuously reviews and updates existing protocols.
  • Work Order Management: Executes scheduling and work order releases across departments.
  • Supply Chain Communication: Effectively communicates customer requirements to the Supply Chain to guarantee timely procurement of necessary manufacturing materials.
  • Supply Level Analysis: Evaluates supply levels against demand requirements monthly and reports any discrepancies to the supply chain.
  • Stock Monitoring: Oversees Kanban and safety stock levels, communicating any fluctuations to ensure adequate inventory to meet demand.
  • Software Maintenance: Keeps Master Planning Schedule software current and configured appropriately for effective planning across all locations.
  • Lead Time Communication: Provides sales, customer experience, and operations teams with lead time information categorized by product.
  • Planning Department Oversight: Directly supervises and develops the Planning department to ensure timely job progression and collaborates with Customer Service to ensure order accuracy and accommodate scheduling adjustments.
  • MRP and Planning Resolution: Collaborates with Supply Chain to address MRP and planning challenges.
  • Operational Solutions: Works with the operations team to devise solutions for constraints impacting the master schedule and achieving OTD targets.
