Position Overview

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for a Product Manager. In this role at Condoit, you will take charge of the formulation and implementation of product strategies, perform market analysis, collaborate with various teams across the organization, and oversee the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include working closely with stakeholders, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, and ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality products. While the primary location for this role is in the Austin, Texas area, there is an option for some remote work flexibility.

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in product management with a track record of successful product launches
  • Strong leadership qualities, visionary thinking, and decision-making capabilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience in conducting market research and identifying customer requirements
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A solid technical background is advantageous
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in the electrical systems sector or electrical engineering is highly desirable
