Automotive Claims Processor/Adjustor

SNI Companies has partnered with an amazing organization in North Austin for a unique role as an Automotive Claims Processor/Adjustor.

This is a fast-paced full-time role with growth potential, benefits, and incentives. In this position, you will be processing and adjudicating automotive-related claims in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and adjudicate automotive-related claims
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls
  • Multi-task and maintain attention to detail
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Be technically savvy and able to pick up on new software and interoffice chat forums
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of high-volume inbound call experience
  • 5 years of ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Claims processing experience a plus
