Debt Capital Markets Investor Coverage Director Los Angeles, CA

Zions Bancorporation, a leading financial services company, is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Debt Capital Markets group as an Investor Coverage Director. This role will be based in El Segundo, California, and will require periodic travel.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with commercial banks, private capital providers, and other key stakeholders in the debt capital markets.
- Coordinate coverage of commercial banks in support of existing Loan Syndications activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise to leverage existing relationships and outreach efforts.
- Organize and coordinate client events to drive visibility and engagement.
- Manage and support the creation of comprehensive pitchbooks and marketing materials.
- 10+ years of experience in business development for financial and/or professional services.
- Deep knowledge of investment banking products, services, and markets.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and proactive.
- Ready to assume a high level of responsibility.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and managing relationships within the institutional investment community.
- Significant knowledge of applicable investment banking regulations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail.
- Unquestionable ethics, integrity, and judgment.
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines and effective time management.
